Preparing For Subject Leadership

This webinar is designed specifically for subject leaders, existing and new-to-role, and takes a deep-dive into all areas of curriculum design.

Our Director of Curriculum will lead the session, where participants are encouraged to share their contributions, take part in discussions and raise any questions they may have around subject leadership and curriculum design.

We will examine the various aspects of Ofsted’s ‘quality of education’ judgement and understand how the features of Sonar Curriculum can facilitate meaningful subject leadership activity and enable the design of a coherent, sequential curriculum that best fits an individual school’s context. We will also examine a number of implementation opportunities whereby every subject is given equal weighting across a broad and balanced curriculum.
