It is important to ensure contracts of employment are accurate and issued in a timely manner, not only to be legally compliant, but also to maintain good employee relations. This course is for HR administrators who are new to the process of issuing contracts or would benefit from a refresher to consolidate their existing knowledge and confidence. The course incorporates both information and practical exercises to enable delegates to practice applying the theory with support from the trainers.
At the end of the session participants will understand:
- the legal framework for employment contracts; the format of an employment contract and the information it must contain;
- why and when contracts need to be amended;
