Finance Modular Training for Headteachers & Senior Leaders - SCHOOLS - Module 4

Designed with Headteachers and senior leadership in mind, this module aims to give delegates an in-depth knowledge of why financail bdgeting is important within a school and how it can be achieved in a realistic manner. Delegates will be guided through the school budget setting process using a practical demonstration, and introduced to relevant financial tools that are available to assist them in confidently setting a school budget.

The course also introduces budget monitoring and reporting and how to interpret system generated reports.
