Designed with Headteachers and Deputy/Assistant Headteachers in mind, this module equips delegates with the necessary skills to monitor and understand the General Annual Grant Funding, the calculations of other funding streams and the timetable for receipt of government funding;  delegates will have the opportunity to review their own GAG Statement during the session. We will also look at self-generated income.

These courses contain practical demonstrations of how to correctly budget and account for traded activities - Catering, Breakfast and After school clubs.

Delegates are requested to have a copy of their latest GAG Statement to refer to during the session.

This course will be conducted remotely via Microsoft teams. 

Learning outcomes: You will leave this course with the confidence to assess the academy's delegated income, understanding how that income is calculated, plus knowing how to set prices for traded activities.
