Designed with Headteachers and Deputy / Assistant headteachers in mind, this module assists delegates with their understanding of preparing multi-year budgets to ensure that current levels of expenditure are sustainable and that longer term resource decisions can be made with confidence.

This course introduces delegates to the theory behind forward planning as well as providing the practical skills to produce and maintain a 3 - 5-year financial plan.

This course will be delivered using Microsoft Teams.

Learning Outcomes: You will leave this course with the practical skills and confidence to produce and maintain a three-year financial plan.
