To outline the statutory requirements and legislation relating to health and safety
To ensure that participants understand the roles and responsibilities of the school and governing body
To understand the concept of hazard identification, risk assessment and associated control measures
To understand how health and safety should be managed and monitored, including how to access information to assist you
