Managing Staff Absences

This training session will help delegates to understand absences and explore ways of reducing and managing absences in the workplace.

This session will look at the types of staff absence - both sickness and non-sickness related - and their causes and impact. The course will explore ways of managing different types of absences and strategies to maximize attendance across the workforce.

At the end of the course delegates will understand;

the causes and impact of absences;
how to secure good attendance;
the key procedural steps for managing absences.
