Overview of Finance and HR for Governors

This course aims to provide governors with a brief introduction to two important areas of governance, Finance and HR.

The first part of the course is dedicated to key financial documents, funding, compliance, budgets and governor responsibilities. The second part of the course looks at staffing, recruitment, pay, performance management, staff wellbeing and HR policies.
