Performance Management is an important tool supporting the contribution each member of staff makes towards school effectiveness as well as their own development. Support Staff play a key role in ensuring high standards of attainment and achievement in schools. Effective Performance Management is vital in helping them to reach their potential.

The Performance Management course is practical and interactive and aimed at line managers who have responsibility for conducting performance management reviews for support staff.

At the end of the course delegates will:

Understand the principles and processes of effective performance management
Feel confident in preparing for and conducting performance management reviews
Have gained experience in writing effective performance management objectives.
