Performance Management of the Headteacher

For those governors who are appointed to review and set objectives for the Headteacher, this session will enable you to get a better understanding of the process. It looks at each step:

Appointing the panel to undertake the task
Arrangements and preparatory information
The role of the external adviser
Reviewing objectives
Setting objectives for the following year
The final review and pay recommendations.

This session is part of the Governor Training Subscription. If you have an active subscription there is no charge for attendance.
