Course summary:

This 90-minute webinar explores Adverse Childhood Experiences, Trauma and the impact it can have on children and young people.

This 90-minute webinar will:

Look at the different types of Adverse Childhood experiences
Examine the impact of trauma and ACEs and the effect they can have on children and young people in the long-term.
Discuss how various protective factors can help reduce the impact/prevent ACEs.
Finally, we will consider various strategies to build resilience and working with these children and young people through a trauma-informed manner.
