Course summary:

In this webinar we will look at the signs of child criminal exploitation, preventative education and how to respond to any concerns around it.

As Ofsted begins its investigations into how schools are supporting children who are exposed to criminal exploitation and serious violence, the team at Juniper Education bring you a one-hour webinar that will support your staff in identifying the signs and how to support children who have experienced criminal exploitation.

In this webinar we will explore:

• what is criminal exploitation

• the various types of gangs

• county lines and how this is developing

• how young people are recruited

• the dangers of criminal exploitation and serious violence.

We will also examine the different factors to help identify at-risk children. Finally, we will discuss how multi-agency work can play an important part when a child becomes involved in criminal exploitation.
