Safeguarding: Prevent Training

This 2-hour course focuses on training around the Prevent Duty and the responsibilities you have as an educator

During this 2-hour course we will:

Define the Prevent Duty
Explore why the Prevent Duty is important
Examine your role and responsibility within the Prevent strategy
Consider any updates to the Prevent Duty.

We will also discuss the signs of radicalisation and understand the risks. We will also look at your supportive role in these cases and the interventions that are available to you.
