This training session will provide an overview of the key provision of the Teachers’ Pay & Conditions Document.

The session will explain:

the pay scales and allowances
local discretions
performance related pay progression
other key terms related to working time

At the end of the briefing delegates will;

Understand the structure of teachers’ pay and how to apply this locally
Understand when and how Allowances can be awarded
Understand how to manage pay increases and pay progression
